Design Policies

Mys Designs has the right to positively advertise any work designed on their website, social media platforms, or printed marketing materials. The Designer has the right to discontinue any service if the client presents disorderly conduct, abusive language, slurs, etc.. The Designer also has the right to respectfully decline a project.

Project Timeframe
A design’s turnaround time may vary depending on its type. Most projects are completed within 2 to 5 working days. Design packages may take 1-2 weeks. The Designer will provide the customer an estimated timeframe for their specific project prior to beginning the design. All projects are submitted in PNG file formats to ensure high quality. If the customer prefers a different format, this must be requested prior to the project’s completion date.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable due to the time, effort, and labor used to begin or complete a project. Mys Designs gives the best quality and communication to meet and exceed the customer’s needs. The designer is not responsible for any issues on the customer’s behalf which includes but is not limited to cancelled events, change of mind, or financial hardship.

Project Change
If the customer needs to make changes to the project, this must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the start date of the design. For example, if you originally requested a business card design, but would like to have flyers instead, please notify me for an updated invoice. The customer will receive a project estimate prior to an invoice being created.

Rush Policy
If a customer needs a design completed in a timeframe sooner than the estimated time given, the designer will determine if this can be completed by the requested deadline. If time permits, the designer may grant completion of the design by the customer’s desired timeframe. The client will incur an up-front design fee, which will be advised prior to receiving an invoice.
